Author is a researcher and Senior Lecturer (faculty member) in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), Indonesia. She received her Ph.D. from Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. She has research interests in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Dr. Sinto teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She is a member of the Asian Academy of Management (2021–2023) and a senior researcher at the Local Wisdom Research Group in Universitas Sebelas Maret.
