Author is a researcher and Senior Lecturer (faculty member) in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), Indonesia. He has served as Chairman of the Local Wisdom Research Group at UNS since 2021 and served as Head of Human Resource Development and Remuneration Department at UNS in 2018–2019. He earned his Ph.D. in Management at Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia. His areas of research interest are Leadership, Performance Management, and Compensation Management. He teaches courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
