Author is a Senior Lecturer (faculty member) in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), Indonesia. He earned his Doctorate in Strategic and Human Resources Management at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). He is also a Certified Supply Chain Manager. He teaches Behavioral Science, Strategic Human Resource Management, Operations Strategy, Supply Chain Management, and Operation Research at UNS.
