Author is a lecturer and researcher in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), Indonesia. She earned her Master of Science (M.Sc) degree at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta in 2013. Currently, she is teaching Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business of UNS. She mainly teaches Human Resource Management II, Human Resource Management Practice, Entrepreneurship, MSMEs and Cooperative Management, Business Feasibility Study, and serves as the Coordinator of Merdeka Belajar of Kampus Merdeka Entrepreneurship Program.
