Is a head of Hospitality Management Program at Institut Bisnis Informasi Teknologi dan Bisnis Medan. She earned her Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management from Golden Gate University at San Francisco, United States of America. Her initial career started at Grand Hyatt Jakarta as Housekeeping Supervisor had developed herself to be a Housekeeping Manager at a few properties in Indonesia and overseas. She was appointed as one of Hotel Specialist in Opening Hyatt properties. Altogether Her career with Hyatt was for 10 years. She established and managed several Japanese restaurants in Medan and at the same time she was General Manager for two resorts. She has experienced in restructuring hotel operation, orchestrating hotel operation, and developing Human Resources.
