The material and learning activities in this book are developed to encourage student to learn English for Business. Learning activities are developed to make students individually, in pairs, and small groups actively learn English through activities to understand and use English to express ideas and feelings naturally. Lecturers act more as facilitators, feedback givers, and encourage students to have the courage to express themselves by not ignoring the importance of language accuracy. With such learning activities and the role of the lecturer, students are guided and get facilitation in practicing how to express themselves so that they are finally able to communicate well.

In connection with the completion of writing this book, we would like to thank the various parties who have provided their support during the preparation process. In particular we would like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation to our wives, children, fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters who have patiently encouraged each step in writing this book. We apologize for the days and weekends that we cannot spend together and thank you for your understanding.

We realize that this book still has shortcomings. Input from various parties, especially lecturers and students who use this teaching material, for the further improvement. Hopefully this teaching material provides benefits for learning English in the country.
