Times We give thanks to the presence of Allah SWT who has bestowed His grace so that the book with the title Agricultural and Forestry Information Systems has been published in 7 papers. The results of research and literature studies are recorded in edited book, which are part of the field of Agriculture and Forestry science which we have compiled in the form of an Book Chapter with the information system at the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic. This book was written by several teaching staff and packaged in one topic. The edited book topic refers to the scientific mindset of tropical rainforests by integrating advances in information technology. In general, the scope of the material includes: 1. Design E-Farming Information System for the Harvest Eligibility Level in the Agricultural Sector, 2. Development Information System for Data Collection of Farmers and Farmer Groups, 3. Agricultural Information System on Sweet Corn In Labanan , 4. Application for Distribution of Plantation Seeds at The Department of Plantations, Segah District, 5. Information System of Distributing Palm Oil Fertilizer, 6. Palm Arief Oil Management Information System, 7. Agricultural Potential Information System of Kutai Timur District. Our hopes , with the publication of this book, hopefully it can add innovative references and insight into both the agricultural and forestry fields through information systems and can be used as a reference by various parties.

Penulis

Reza Andrea, S.Kom., M.Kom - kelahiran Samarinda, 5 Juni 1989, menyandang gelar Sarjana Komputer dari Universitas Mulawarman dan gelar Magister Komputer dari STMIK Eresha Jakarta. Aktif sebagai peneliti dan penulis bidang Pemrograman, Aplikasi Multimedia, dan Game. Reza Andrea adalah dosen tetap di Teknologi Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (TRPL) Politeknik Negeri Pertanian Samarinda sejak 2019 dan Staff Ahli Bidang Penelitian STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma sejak 2015.
Syafei Karim, S.Kom., M.Kom - lahir di Samarinda, 07 Desember 1992, lulus Sarjana di Jurusan Teknik Informatika Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang tahun 2014.

Lulus Magister di Jurusan Teknik Informatika Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya tahun 2017. Mulai tahun 2019 mengajar di Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda Program Studi Teknologi Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak hingga sekarang. Saat ini penulis berfokus penelitian di bidang Internet of Things dan Multimedia.
Adelia Juli Kardika, S.Hut., M.Si - Adelia Juli Kardika, S.Hut., M.Si, lahir di Rappang tanggal 14 Juli 1992. Pendidikan tinggi S1 di Universitas Hasanuddin Fakultas Kehutanan peminatan Perencanaan dan Sistem Informasi Spasial Kehutanan tahun (2009-2013).
Sedangkan pendidikan Magister S2 di Institut Pertanian Bogor Program Studi Imu Pengelolaan Hutan Peminatan Remoe Sensing (2014-2017). Memulai karier di Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda tahun 2019 sebagai staf pengajar di Program Studi Pengelolaan Hutan.
Arief Rahman, SP., M.Sc - Penulis adalah lulusan S1 Program Studi Agroteknologi Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Palangka Raya tahun 2013 dan lulus S2 di Program Studi Agronomi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Gadjah Mada. Saat ini penulis sebagai staf dosen tetap di Program Studi Pengelolaan Perkebunan Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda sejak 2019 sampai sekarang aktif mengikuti penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang diselenggarakan Kementrian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi dan Kemeterian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.
Rajiansyah - Born in Balikpapan, June 6, 1991. He has completed his master of degrees at the Faculty of Computer Science and Management, Department of Computer Science, Information Systems Specialization, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Poland in 2018. He aspires to build education in Indonesia, especially in Kalimantan, to be better and useful for the people around. Now, he is a lecturer at Mulawarman University and CEO at Indeks Media Teknologi Inc.
Aulia Khoirunnita - Born in Samarinda on August 17, 1993. S1 higher education at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma (2015). While the Master's Computer from Amikom University (2022), Specialized in Information System and Audit System. Aulia is lecture in Informatic Department of Mulawarman University
