Gratitude is delivered before Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa (God Almighty) who has given His grace so that this book entitled Reasoning Laws for Law Enforcers can be completed. This book is intended to provide additional references on legal reasoning material.

The material in this book can be used to compile guidelines in forming a sustainable and systematic framework. This book was made to be studied by anyone interested in understanding the main tasks and functions of law enforcement in general in solving legal problems.

Acknowledgments are expressed by the author to all those who have encouraged and motivated the writing of this book, especially to the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, Rector of the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, as well as all the academics of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.
